Questions couples ask.

Is it really 0%?

Our platform fee on gifts is 0%, always. Guests pay through your own payment gateway, so the only cost is that gateway’s standard card processing fee, which it charges you directly and which you would pay with any provider. We never touch the money and never take a cut.

What does once off actually mean?

You pay once when you publish your site: $29 internationally, or R399 in South Africa. No subscription, no renewal, and your site does not expire after a few months like it does on some platforms.

Which payment gateways can we use for gifts?

In South Africa: Paystack, Yoco, PayFast or iKhokha. Outside South Africa, connect Stripe and accept gifts in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD or NZD as well as ZAR. You connect your own account, and gift payments settle straight into it.

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

No. Every household gets a secure, personal link. One tap and they are on their RSVP page, no passwords, no sign-up.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Use a free ourbigyes.com/your-names address, or connect a custom domain like amaraanddaniel.com.

Is there more to it than the website and registry?

Yes. A full planning suite comes with every site: a planning checklist that keeps you on track, a budget tracker, your own vendor tracker with payment reminders, a seating planner built around live RSVPs, a day-of run sheet, and analytics on how your site is doing.

Do we pay before we can try it?
