Refund Policy

1. The Publish Fee

• Our Big Yes charges a single, one-time publish fee to make your wedding site live. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Your order is sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment and refunds for the publish fee. We do not store your card details.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of your publish fee within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.

After the 14-day window has passed, the publish fee is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email hello@ourbigyes.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly through the receipt they sent you. Include your account name and payment reference so the payment can be located.

4. Cash Gifts (Separate From the Publish Fee)

This Refund Policy applies only to the publish fee. Cash gifts sent by your guests are a separate money flow that neither Our Big Yes nor Paddle processes:

• Each gift is processed entirely through the couple's own connected payment gateway (Paystack, Yoco, PayFast, or iKhokha).
• The funds are settled directly to the couple's gateway account. Tora Technologies takes 0% of any gift amount.
• We are not a party to the gift transaction and cannot refund, reverse, or dispute a cash gift.

Any refund of a cash gift is a matter between the guest, the couple, and the relevant gateway provider, and is subject to that gateway's own terms and refund process.
